Well appointed, exceptionally clean hotel with friendly professional and very efficient staff and a downstairs bar. A free safe, air conditioning, and a carpet in the room and the comfortable bed. Absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice location, close to Market Square, really enjoyed this place.

The hotel was a lovely place for enjoying a very relaxing area, just off the restaurant during breakfast and dinner and the river and the old town and close to bus / tram stops. I stayed in the room that was kept immaculately clean and available with good shower and the bedroom, as example. The staff members were all efficient and competent.

Sincerely, it was a very very good stay for a business trip. The staff was friendly professional and very efficient, helped to choose restaurants and bars. Its location close to restaurants and bars was exceptionally nice. You could walk to the Christmas market and an old market.

Its location was central, around 4-6 minutes' walk from National Forum of Music. I was pleased with exceptional service.

It was in the central location up in the square. Moreover, it was right by river or old town, mleczarnia, and a tram station.

Great location in the heart of the city, close to all the attractions. The staff were very helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any queries or requests. The complimentary coffee machine available 24/7 was a nice touch, ensuring that I always had a fresh cup of coffee whenever I needed it.

The technology-focused features were more of a hindrance than a convenience, with lights that turned on automatically and screens that were difficult to control. Additionally, the absence of a door to prevent the shower from flooding the bathroom was a major inconvenience.

It was definitely the best hotel we ever stayed in for comfort and cleanliness. The location is perfect. even though there was traffic on the street it never bothered us. There are excellent restaurants and bars across the cobbled street and excellent value for money. There was free coffee/tea/chocolate at the reception area. We did not eat in the hotel bar/restaurant. There is a lovely open sun lounge at the back of hotel and garden seats and deck chairs if the weather is sunny. It is 5 mins walk to the old town market square where there are numerous bars and restaurants. The 406 bus can be picked up across the river at the back of hotel. We did not use it but we saw it.

There was nothing we could say bad about this hotel. Would definitely stay there again. We got a very good smart deal for the week.

We really good spend 2 nights in Wroclaw. This room was nice modern with a relaxing view of the garden and river. Plus we had climate control, coffee and tea making facilities, and a carpet.
